Who I am

JamiJag Design is an interior design studio in London, Ontario, owned and run by Jane Miskokomon. If you have any question about this page, or about your information, you can reach me at jane@jamijagdesign.com or (519) 902-5723.

What I collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), which service you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell me about your home or your family’s move.
• When you email or call me: the details you share in that conversation.
• Automatically: this website is built and hosted on Wix. Like most websites, Wix and standard web tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, and may use cookies, to keep the site secure and working properly.

Why I collect it

To answer your message, set up a call or visit, and provide the design services you ask for. I don’t use it for anything else.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell or rent your information. It is only shared with the service providers who help me run the site and my email (for example website hosting and email providers), or if the law requires it.

Photos and testimonials

Photos of homes and the kind words from clients that appear on this site are shown with the permission of the people involved.

Emails and newsletters

I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you have said yes, and every email of that kind will include an easy way to unsubscribe.

How long I keep it

I keep your enquiry only as long as I need it to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of our project. I take reasonable steps to keep it safe.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by getting in touch using the details above. You can limit cookies in your browser settings. If you’d like to know more about your privacy rights in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is a good place to start.

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
